It is lucky that the profit margins are so ridiculous, because any other industry would go belly up being this broken and paying this kind of salary!

 

Overpaid! I don't mind the high salaries if TD and FO added value. So far they have 1. Destroyed Culture 2. Alienated Managers 3. Been Highly Uninspiring 4. Lost Trust 5. Delivered Nothing. It has been a downward spiral!
