You should have seen the absolute joke of a Friday Commercial Meeting last week. GB made a complete fool of himself. And referenced this website about 856 times during his presentation. You know what, GB? YOU should go work at Staples. And you are in good company with DF, TL and the other idiots who are supposed to be running this company but instead are running it into the ground. I only work here to watch the fun and games until they are over.
A few remarks. First, DF wasn’t even there. This is his meeting and he doesn’t show up 50% of the time now. And when he does, he doesn’t talk about anything real. We have heard how many times now that our business is “healthy”? What about discussing the real issues that are causing us to miss every single forecast? What about allowing people to ask those tough questions without getting in trouble with your crazy chief of staff that no one trusts? What about actually prioritizing the business that needs to get done and cutting the costs (either temporarily or permanently) so that the organization knows what to focus on. What’s more important, DF, LM or LAT? APL or 289? 289 or 856? Respi or Neuro? You get the point.... When nothing is a priority, nothing is a priority. As for GB, he gave everyone a reason to lose confidence in that diatribe of his. Probably not his intent but I’m being honest here (which is frowned upon in “real life”). It wasn’t GB’s job to reassure us... but in that case, I guess he didn’t anyway. There are people here that are smart and that can help the senior leadership. If they asked. Or cared.

The level of incompetence we have seen in senior management at this place in the last few years is STUNNING. DF - all brands behind plan, all the drugs licensed in are dogs or worse, and all recent launches are failures. GB- now he tells us there’s no guarantees. But didn’t stop him earlier this year from standing on stage and memo-ing out that this half-baked late filed patent is a lock until 2024!?! This is the kind of stupid thing some commercial guy does only to have it walked back by legal, not the other way around. TL- sinks $300M into a drug even desperate Sepracor abandoned for low efficacy and bad side effects. Was dead after the ph II study and any honest person knew it. The drug will never be approved. When are they going to be held accountable for these failures?
