    “Boohoo, very sad”. Get over it. The reason you did not get the promotion is not because you’re a woman. It’s plain and simple. You suck and you did not impress the interview panel. It must be time for you to go.

    The panel interview that included CC who has been at the bottom for the last two years. Yep, let's take advice from the 5th RSM in the country. How many RSS did he have to fire after he hired them and then PIPd them? Was it 4?? Let's allow him to design the IC plan and Targeting Tools because he had done so well.

    Sounds like Opko.

    Good observation. CC was never put on a PIP having the worst performing region in the country. Why? Buddy buddies with TN. They say there is no white boys club....if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, it is a duck!

    Planning a family or adding another child? Better take a look at the OPKO maternity policy. That is, if one exists! Apparently the good doctor believes he’s still living in the 50’s.

    Your comments prove that you’re a bitter, angry bitch. The company can not do anything right in your judgement. If they hire a man, you’d be mad. Yet they hired a woman, and you’re still bitter. I feel bad for you. You’re a pathetic loser. We all wish you would leave and find an employer that would make you happy.

    This thread is spot on! There is gender bias all over this company. The fact that they let all of these crappy, malcontent employees remain here, shows that there is a genuine gender bias! If the company had no bias, they would’ve fired all of these people along time ago.

    This company is pip crazy. Several PIP’s will be let go very soon. 6 months is not enough time to get this drug going especially if you have NO Nephrology experience. There are no reps posting against RSS’s telling the truth about opko on this board. It’s the all white boy club led by the most incompetent nsd in history. Ladies it’s time to get together and put a stop to opkos unfair practices!!!

    Actually, no. Anyone that needs 6 months needs to be successful is a loser and needs to leave and go find a big pharma pod with a big diabetes drug where they can work a few hours a day and hide behind someone else’s work. Just ask the Jax rep, or many of the other expansion reps. They made a quick impact with no neph experience. You can’t sell and own your results and you’re pathetic. Would rather bring someone else down instead of being accountable for your results.
