This thread is spot on! There is gender bias all over this company. The fact that they let all of these crappy, malcontent employees remain here, shows that there is a genuine gender bias! If the company had no bias, they would’ve fired all of these people along time ago.

This company is pip crazy. Several PIP’s will be let go very soon. 6 months is not enough time to get this drug going especially if you have NO Nephrology experience. There are no reps posting against RSS’s telling the truth about opko on this board. It’s the all white boy club led by the most incompetent nsd in history. Actually, no. Anyone that needs 6 months needs to be successful is a loser and needs to leave and go find a big pharma pod with a big diabetes drug where they can work a few hours a day and hide behind someone else’s work. Just ask the Jax rep, or many of the other expansion reps. They made a quick impact with no neph experience. You can’t sell and own your results and you’re pathetic.
