    You guys!! "there lack of emotional stability"?? Really? You need to learn the difference between their and there. Maybe 3rd grade English? Do you really think anyone will take you seriously if you cannot understand simple grammar? Definitely a man.

    Yes..how about the ability to do the job!? Many women do their job better or minimally equal to the men, but do NOT receive equal pay..It IS gender discrimination when women do not get equal pay for the same job! Many men are given more opportunities and can make error after error or not perform because the are part of the good old boys club and may have a great personality. Guess what, how about the men here have to really perform? Most women in this company have to do their job better than any man just to be considered as doing a fair job for the role...Yes there are double standards..hence gender discrimiantion!

    Whoever wrote this is a moron. Do you think ALL men and ALL women are paid the same to do the same job??? What is the matter with you?? There are some women in your pay grade that make more money than you. Are they discriminating against you ? The answer is its because they perform better and the same can be said for men. Same job... same pay are you serious? Where does that happen?

    No one person is created equal to another. You have been reading too many socialists memo's. According to your logic.... men get discriminated against everyday. Diversity programs are a joke and everyone knows it. Pay on performance its that simple.

    You're right in the fact that in general there are small pay difference between individuals within the same pay grade. Where you lack insight, is that men overall within the same grade get paid significantly more than females for doing the same job. We're not talking about small differences in pay within a pay grade. If you look overall at females and men within the same pay grade, overwhelmingly, the men make more than the females. It's not about individual small differences, it's about a PATTERN of men making more than females consistently. That's gender discrimination baby!

    I agree. Bayer HR and top management need a Wake Up Call!! This German ran Co has been systematically performing gender discrimination. I have diet hand experience HR could care less even if u were sexually harassed. Bayer needs to pay for real change. It's dissappointing that all this WLI and D&i initiatives are just for show!! What a bunch of brainless douches.

    Doug S. the head of DI/Hospital marketing needs to be added to the lawsuit. Systematic promotion of men (all italian men btw), never a woman. never.

    Sounds like a smart person I would like as my boss. Who wants a bunch of whinning back stabing bitches in charge? Survey after survey shows a majority of women would rather report to a man, Wonder why? Could it be no games , no hidden agendas, no micro management etc. etc., etc.

    Right On Sister! You forgot to mention vindictive and emotionally unstable. What a mess corporate amercia has made when it comes to miniorities. Name me one.... just one... female in charge that you respect??? Come on... just one.

    Here is the answer there are none! Bayer has a ton of these non-responsible individuals in there managment ranks. Sales, Marketing, Communications, HR and Government Affairs females in charge are everywhere. Here is a test go to there direct reports and ask them how they feel about reporting to females who can do basically anything they want, say anything they want and come completely unglued when things get hot. Imagine if a man had those consistent traits? Yep.... fired no doubt!

    Better yet ask those who are not busy kissing their asses to confirm the above. The females will lose their lawsuit when it comes out in court how poorly they perform under pressure and how they use gender to hide their true abilities. Right on Sister!

    So true, Doug and his "Italian men" ran off any woman that was competent and potentially smarter or better than they were. If they didn't run them off they tried to tarnish reputations to make them look good. so true, so true!

    Bayer was already sued for running anyone smart out of DI. Doug was PERSONALLY named. If you didn't hear about it that is because there was a settlement [payoff]. Wonder if you can sue someone that's already been fired?

    Women competent? Women smarter? Women better? Who could you possibly be talking about??? Have you no brains?? Women do not have leadership skills what they have is a willing HR department that protects them against employees who stand up to them.

    Bayer Women leadership initiative started when Bayer got the inside scoop of the lawsuit on way. An notice WLI is for vs1.2 and up.... Coincides with the lawsuit propaganda, also explains EMann. Te diversity and inclusion spiff also started to defend against the suit.


    The dirt is Bayer accrued 300 mil for the suit .... Guess they had someone smart estimate the liability ..... They will suffer worse than novartis .
