Gerald Niznick has separated from Implant Direct

This guy really knows his shit! Premium companies buying of Value Brands? Didn't Implant Direct driver Danaher just buy Nobel? Other way around there.

 

Danaher is a wall street play based on revenue added to the larger pile...Their play is about cash flow to feed the monster. This is not about value knock off or premium brand, it's all about the money. The comment of Danaher buying a premium brand is non-sense.

 

He saw the internal connection in Europe with Straumann implants and had the US patent before they were able to patent it themselves.

 

You've still got a loose cannon that owns 25% of the stock with TS running the show? Not so smart on Danaher's part. Better to double down with Nobel.

 

What nonsense. Niznick launched the internal connection in 1986, before Straumann even had a 2-piece implant. When they launched the Bonefit 2-piece implant in 1990, it didn't have an internal hex or octagon. When they finally added it in 1999, Niznick sued them and they took a license.

 

If you doubled down on Nobel stock 5 years ago, you could have turn $100 into $12.

I did hear from a credible source, that Jiznick has filed suit against Mr. Santa Clause...claiming heavy handed techniques have been used as Jiznick is scheduled to get a smaller piece of coal this yer than last. Santa filed a countersuit claiming the Jiznick was "overly friendly" with a few elves and is no longer welcome at the north pole.

These situations are complicated. Remember the elves that make all the toys don't just make one brand. They make a few. Santa is dictating where the toys are going. Some kids are cheap and other need the "branded" toys. No shock here..Jiznick thinks EVERYONE should have the cheap toys.

After trying to get the elves to stop making toys for Santa, Jiznick was told he needs to stop harassing the elves. He stopped...we think. he SO didn't want things to go well, he ried to buy the North Pole! Really Jizzy? Buying the north pole?

Jiznich is just upset because the Board consists of just Santa's friends..and none of his.
