My manager said we are still being paid, so "business as usual!". I knew he was an idiot, but he's even worse than I believed. He did say if we have other employment options then we should "consider" them. Thanks genius.

 

Your manager is a complete fucking tool. The company just declared bankruptcy and is being sold to Salix. NOTHING about this is “business as usual.” If you are doing anything but looking for employment full time, you are kidding yourself.

6 months?!? Right, another dumbass. Troy will get 2 years thats why he says business as usual. Rest of us get the shaft.

 

I left Synergy a year ago. I saw the handwriting on the wall. The goal from the beginning was always to sell the product, not he company and its employees. That rarely happens in Pharma anymore. I truly feel bad for all of you who, like me, were duped into believing all the bullshit.
There is life after Pharma.
