Get rid of Richard Smith!

A Novartis Choo Choo at the next POA, except its Richard getting it in the caboose. Ha Ha!

 

"Dick" Smiths problem is confusing doing things fast with doing things well. The home office pats each other on the back for getting speakers trained right after launch, but all the speaker come home and say the training sucked. I would have fired him over ent central. But we all are who we are,........so Mr Smith is also part of the biggest bust launch too. He owns it.

 

But he's not owning it. He's still pointing his arrogant finger.

 

Just wait till we point our fingers towards his as*!! Ask Morgan (and he'll confirm) how much Richard Smith enjoyed a hand while cruising near the bathroom stalls!...

 

he needs to go and take Gail with him. Shes horrible, screws up everything. I never heard anyone say one good thing about her. Wake up Novartis!

Richard Smith was let go from Serono already. Surprise surprise. This guy is a poor excuse for a leader and a narcissist on top of that. Who ever thought it was a good idea for this guy to lead people was smoking something. Only a desperate company would take a chance on Richard with his horrible track record.
