Just think of that joke in Clinical who cannot talk or motivate or lead. That gnome suffocated the company.

How does anyone know that changing the board to Caligan prospects are not worse than what we have now? The save amag site pics/bios of the prospects do not depict knights in shining armour.

They most certainly are not Knights in Shining Armour, they are looking to get a quick return and all indications are they will look to gut the company. Truth be told though, gutting the company might be the right thing for shareholders.

Yeah right, nice try AMAG. Typical move on our illustrious corporate representation. Scare the “ little people “ into thinking that change is scarier than staying with the same shit hole management that we already know. We are past that point. Any change is positive change from here on out. Bring on the new board members and let’s shake this place up!

No scare tactics intended, Caligan will only bring on the inevitable sooner, but if they fail it won't be long regardless.

In the shareholder’s presentation they said out right that it is questionable to keep the sales force promoting Intrarosa and Vyleesi

Exactly correct and this is one of the biggest weaknesses of Caligan's argument, it requires sales reps and a significant DTC effort to make this successful. The unmet need almost certainly exists but the market has to be created which is an expensive proposition. The catch-22 here is that few (outside of AMAG management) believe that the product profile (which dictates the ultimate potential of the drug) here warrants the investment.

How bout get your “horny pen” ready instead and sell the F out of it. I sold Viagra back in the day (yes I’m old) and this drug is every bit as good as Viagra and can be utilized by both sexes

    The world’s first approved aphrodisiac.........

Go make some money for god’s sake!

Well this ain’t viagra. There’s already Pt feedback. It’s not going to work on a good chunk of people. Give To someone that doesn’t have the condition, it won’t work. That makes for a small Pt pool for what it will cost to get this going.

Perhaps that’s true for females. But not males. Have you ever tried Vyleesi or PT-141?

For men it’s works no matter the need. And there’s a lot of need in the male community

This all might be true that Vyleesi could be amazing. However, insert the muck and mess that is AMAG: the historical reputation of lying regarding financials, missing the marketing angle and upper management ineptitude and many analysts are skeptical. A blockbuster is not just made due to the product but there needs to be a solid company behind it launching it.

Read the Caligan information that came in the mail with your white card. Looks like November should be a wild month and just in time for the Holidays and the first of the year.
Either direction on the vote does not look good for the AMAG sales force, but it will make it all go down a little easier if we know that 4 thieving, worthless board members and the horrific upper management at AMAG have to suffer some form of loss. Let’s all just face the fact that this pitiful launch we are in is a failure. It’s a decent drug but it needs a higher caliber company than AMAG behind it.

I don't think Caligan will succeed, so AMAG management (as lousy as they are) will probably stay in place in the short term. As for Vyleesi, sorry but it's a total turd, the data is not impressive and the requirement to take 45 min before along with nausea and need for injection. Also the damn website looks like someone just gunned down a gallon of Pepto Bismol and then vomited on the screen.
