    What do the zone directors do? Do we really need the extra set of eyes to miscount the number of referrals that come in each week? Why didn't we lay them off last December?

    Wow, McMullin getting fired caught me off-guard. I am sure he will easily get another job with that Harvard degree and all his experience "carrying the bag". Good luck DM! None of us will miss you.

    DZ is the most useless one in the whole group. He doesn't add any value to the team, and he likes to micro manage on top of that. He always wants to know what leads everyone's working on, so he can make himself feel useful and justify his job by blowing up their phone with text messages about the current status of the lead. In the meantime, he has nothing useful to offer in terms of how to pull through the script. He is dumbest one on the whole team. Maybe instead of harassing people, he can spend time learning the data and go out into the field and offer some useful coaching to a rep somewhere.

    DZ is an overpaid, talentless, socially awkward goon. He fits in well with the rest of the management team at Shire. I'm so outta here.

    Ever notice he starts every conversation with "Hey" not to mention he's an embarrassment in the field. Providers think he's arrogant and condescending. The female staff think he's a mysoginist. Time for DOUG Z to get the AXE.

    A key factor in the rapid decline of the BU for sure. Him and Franklin hiring their friends for promotions then giving lectures to everyone else about performance.

    He should get out of his sweats and out of his office and work some of those vacant territories. Lead by example. Contribute something -- anything.

    Perry's robot, McMullin was always a creepy little ass kisser. He's proof that karma is alive and well. They brought McMullin in as the hatchet man and in the end the hatchet got him. #KarmaHasNoDeadline

    Look at what's left in GI. Nothing but leftovers. A once a premier sales force through attrition and layoffs has been reduced to nothing but a bunch of blowhard self promoters watching their careers die a slow painful death with no prospects outside of Shire. Quintiles and Inventiv are hiring along with WalMart and Waffle House. Flip a coin.

    Looking at Shire Q1 sales, it looks like the sales force changes will begin to have a substantial effect on Gattex sales later in the year.

    It took forever for him to get an offer considering he was interviewing outside of Shire the entire time he was here. He collected a paycheck and did the absolute bare minimum.
