Can't help but think that despite the assurances, this division will be eliminated next year. Linzess and Viberzi only? Please. Once the new Ubrelvy force is established these folks are very likely gone. Thoughts?

Foreshadowing. Is there even a fully intact gi brand or training team anymore? Seems like a temporary team coasting through to the end. A rep taught the last gi class, and mass exodus of gi people either changing roles or just leaving at all levels. Coincidence? Good luck to us all.

GI Specialty lmao. We are primary care reps with a GI Specialty title. We are toast. Most of this company’s sales reps are gone

GI is toast. They know it and are glad to take the change of control severance over sticking around in what will be an uncertain environment for ALL former Allergan employees no matter what’s in their bag.

Abbvie wants Botox, that’s it. They could give two shits about whatever else is knocking around in primary care bags. Managers are serving a a lot of Kool aid when it comes to this transaction but ultimately if you make it past the initial layoff right before or after the transaction it’s going to be a rough ride for the foreseeable future for former Allergan employees.

It's a shame how they're hiding everything that is going to happen to these reps. Do the right thing for once in your lives, management.

You’re probably going to get a one year payout bro. Either that, or you’ll still have a job. You are in a great spot

Mid October would make sense for WARN, wouldn’t it

dont forget they laid a ton of us off right after a vraylar meeting in Houston. Would have made sense to save the company money by laying off before that, but nothing at this company ever makes sense

You will know how the "street" (shareholders) voted and that will start or end the process of the deal with AbbVie.

Yep, two shareholder meetings Monday October 14.

The possibility of this deal being killed by a shareholder vote is ZERO.

And the possibility of getting fired by Abbvie is 100%

Excellent I'd prefer the severance anyway.
