    The ultimate revolt to Gibbs ridiculous and out dated big pharma micro management strategy will be the mass exodus that will begin in the new year. Gibbs has no clue how to influence and win people over. Big Moron!

    100%. The turnover has already begun. Bad leadership creates a bad company culture and a bad company culture breeds high turnover. Gibbs will deliver record high turnover rates as his Sunovion legacy. Are you listening Japan?

    Gibbs and his lame leadership team will try to spin reality but the high employee turnover over the next few months will directly speak to Gibbs and how he has destroyed the culture here. By the start of the companies Q1 (April 2021), employee retention rates will be at record low. Just wait, that will be Gibbs ultimate score card showing the horrible job that he’s done.

    Obviously written by someone with no sales back ground or access to sales data . Surprise surprise.

    ‘Sales data across drugs, including competition, are down. Percent to quota for some looks good because they lowered their target.

    why not try something new. Be positive and thankful. We have jobs at a good company. Many people have no job. We have good products that work! We have good benefits, many don’t.

    Well over the last 20 years, Gibbs has worked for roughly 10 different drug companies. With his brash approach to us managers, he needs to watch that he does not get slapped with a work place harassment law suit. Sounds to me that’s why he changes jobs every 2 years.

    Rest assured there are lots of things people think about Gibbs but seriously doubt jealousy is one of them. I have never seen a so called executive leader with such woeful communication skills and disconnect with employeea. His public speaking is awful and when he tries faking like he cares, he goes from bad to worse. Plain and simple the guy is a real life Scrooge.
