Isn’t Korab Zuka at Gilead now and wasn’t he a VP at the Patient Access Network Foundation (PAN), which is now under investigation with the OIG for running a co-payment assistance/scheme with Pfizer? And, Pfizer just settled on this for $25 M. I find it interesting that the same person responsible for this is not part of Gikead’s Public Affairs team. Sad, really.

I hope so. Then I can dump this dog of a stock with at least a small profit. The glory days of Gilead are far in the past. The only thing they have proven in the past couple of years is they can't seem to make good decisions anymore.

Yep, same Korab. . . Not difficult to connect the dots nor the smell of garbage. He’s a terrible human being on all fronts.

Korab Zuka is absolutely immoral. It is no coincidence that scandal follows him wherever he goes. Why Gilead would hire him in to a high profile position after mishandling millions of dollars from the industry in a scheme to take money in exchange for promoting drug sales is a mystery. Korab is a grifter and a hustler. He has no respect for integrity and will do just about anything to promote his own self interest. Not sure why he’s at Gilead. He’d fit in better as a spokesman for the Trump administration.

At least he, like Trump, is employed. While you, like Hillary, are sitting at home on your computer you loser!

On 10/15/19, the Patient Access Network Foundation (PAN) entered into a CIA with the OIG for violating the Anti-kickback Statute. PAN paid millions to the Government to settle claims that they were working on behalf of Pharma to illegally funnel millions of dollars into the non profit to pay for high cost drugs.

Korab Zuka was running PAN at this time and is responsible for creating an illegal dynamic there. Then, he didn’t even have the decency to stick around to fix the mess he made. He moved to Gilead to work in Public Affairs, of all areas. What nonsense.

Show us how confident you are by lifting somebody else up. You don't need to show off to be confident. How confident you are about yourself is reflected by your actions. If you can find it in yourself to be kind to a stranger or someone who doesn't benefit your cause, then you have enough and are confident of that fact. Insecure confidence is putting others down. Real confidence is selflessness. Be selfless.
