ill start by saying DD seems like a great leader. Below him not so much. LH is clueless and only got job because of gender. Burton is a homer. Only takes care of his original people. Doesn’t get it that he represents whole company. KL, JZ, MK all smart people. But horrible leadership skills. Some EDs are good. Those in HIV are terrible. Worst one in history is DS from IHD. Can’t relate to people so she tries to intimidate. She doesn’t get that we all mock her behind her back. She wants 6 calls a day. We enter 7. And give her 2 at best. DD needs to clean house. Let’s face facts. LH was adept at inserting her foot in her mouth, often inadvertently alienating long-time Gilead employees. She seemed to have all the current buzz words and pc themes down, but in the end, she was ineffective. Gilead can’t afford incompetence anymore. Commercial ops is at a crossroads. Does this mean no more Alicia Keys appearances?
