    No doubt bottom 50% will be cut. Why would B&L keep any of the losers in the bottom half?

    doesn't matter if her list his on the keep her list MP will be gone. B&L already know the scoop about her from ISTA reps smart enough to have already moved to B&L prior to take over (NOT merge). The only thing she needs to know is google Illinois unemployment fill out the forms and get in the line for your unemployed check. Likely hood of her staying in eye care slim and none all her experience is there but all the other companies know the customers can't stand her....KARMA!!!!!! ENJOY you deserve it!!!

    Keep in mind B+L has salespeople that ranked in their bottom 50% too. Could be a good opportunity for a B+L manager to get rid of a problem child.

    So true. Not that my territory needs a MAM visit, but a call every now and then (or returning a phone call at least) to offer assistance would be nice. At least join our district conference calls occasionally and pretend you're engaged in what we do.

    If you think a great manager VS. A terrible one makes no difference in a reps success-- YOUR the joke!!! A HIGH turnover is a direct sign. So you go back to watching daytime TV and call your reps during breaks.
