So happy for you... you must be from Texas, Carolinas or Florida who have an influx of new patients to your state at a rate of 10% per year so you can actually increase your business and have realistic goals unlike the majority of the Country who are losing patients at a rate of 10/month to your state. But our goals Continue to climb and there are not as many new patients to find. Well done that seems fair
When you have PCP now capturing the specialist business now instead of what they used to do - see their urologist and that their goals in PCP are so low that they are exceeding quarterly by 25% above goal- when is senior leadership gonna take a look and see we are robbing our specialty reps to benefit our PCP team. This is why - with the xtandi robbing specialty of 25% of their bonus and PCP taking their specialist scripts- the specialty team is leaving. Senior leadership wake up!!!
