Disclaimer: Former and current GOB affiliates are strongly encouraged to take a moment and reach for their medication, liquor, and oxycodone before reading the subject matter posted below. Readers with no GOB affiliation should not read further if in a public setting due to the possibility of " OMGS" that the content below can generate and find themselves 'disturbing the peace' with a level of laughter that for some may not be controllable or cured by any treatment regimen. Reading in a private setting is highly recommended.

    Dear GOBS,

I'm sure you've been checking this page 10xs a day waiting for me to post a nice big one after your middle of the night prank calls and blasting my email with computer viruses. It was a good laugh, wasn't it? I was sober and thought it was hilarious. I can't even imagine how funny it was for you guys making those calls with a little liquor and oxy in your system. I guess word didn't make it to the few who saw me walk through those doors at Canonsburg. They didn't seem to be in on the joke. The HQ is pretty cool there, I got to ride the secret elevator the executives use and when I read the mission statement " Seeing is Believing" I did give myself a little " hardy har har." I'll come back to this in second, let me address a few other matters first.....

Let's keep this communication centralized boys, I know you like to operate all over the place and throw everything up in the air every 3-6 months but take this as a learning opportunity to learn "structure" and learn a very important principle, " When you strike a king, you better make sure he doesn't get back up."

    1. The middle of the night phone calls is funny; I was laughing harder though when I was purchasing those magazines that are wrapped up in plastic at the airports that you don't want the kids to see and should be arriving either Monday or Tuesday ( Valentine's Day). Let the wife know you want to spice it up. You boys remember that excel file years ago with everyone's personal address on it that wasn't suppose to be accessible to everyone but it was ? Yup....... An escort will be there Tuesday night to follow up. Remember not to drink with Cialis or Viagra; it creates the opposite effect.

    2. To the GOB with the oxy comment. The pill mill market died five years ago. The general rule of thumb is to maintain an 80 /20 ratio when it comes to controls now. Anything over is not illegal but brings in the DEA and all their regulation, undercover attempts to buy meds illegally, audits, and extra stress. It's not worth it, and I run reports weekly to make sure no one goes over 18%. What have you been doing the past 5 years? Did you work or at least keep up with what's going on in the marketplace? The latest fad is marijuana dispensaries at the national level and in Florida Amendment two has everyone going crazy. I'll share with you little secret, the money is all hype. The cost to open up one of those shops , plus the tax, jacks up the cannabis price so high that people eventually go back to the black market to get their fix. That is before competition enters the marketplace and regulation costs you don't see coming because it's in your blind spot. That is unless you drop a pretty penny to hire a full-time attorney. Profits aren't there and it's not like you can just throw everything away if the business doesn't work out.

Ahh it just hit me what you've been doing these past few years, you guys launched a 10-year-old strategy of wine and dine the doctors for scripts and "speakers." Almost forgot about that go to market strategy, wow that is a serious throw back. Exposed........ I won't mention names but I'm not surprised who lead that charge off the cliff. I remember when the accounting department would talk about that GOB and those expenses lol, and that was before the national wine and dine campaign. I can't even imagine that department's reaction when they heard the news, too funny. Never seen anyone just left themselves go like that and have no self control. Then after that giant failure , the GOBS hit Vegas. Can't make this stuff up

    3. Where in the world is Mr. "Chucky Cheese" and his electronic gadgets!?! Did he ever get that job with Apple he was dreaming for? He did give them a ridiculous amount of business from Meda that did cost people their jobs. Might be why he doesn't want to be found, can't blame him. You boys remember the time he asked " Why do we even need printers anymore?" hahahhahahahaha. I think there were like three threads dedicated to that disaster. lol "The Printer" or " printer situation" I think were the names. Sorry I can't help myself from laughing at my own joke but man that was so ugly. Or how about the time the first iPad came out and he bought everyone in the company one and turned out to be absolutely worthless in the field and had them all returned?

    4. Extra Mile Group- Where do I even start? The content you guys offer is the something I can pull off of Slideshare , Youtube , and free. Why is there no content for senior level executives to help develop or polish financial some key financial competencies? I pushed you for that information and you guys had nothing. I will give you credit though, you didn't send me any " need behind the need" content. Guess that is above everyone's head over there. The C-Suite is focused on changes and decisions that affect the organization, not "mentoring" or "coaching the coach" we don't have time for that nonsense. Step it up over there. I'll throw you guys a bone, come up with a program that covers how to balance three key elements regarding manufacturing. 1. Increasing capacity, 2. SG & A, 3. Market projections relative to plant expansions.

Honestly, I took a good luck at that company and it seems like a 1099 consulting group to network with people in the pharma industry through getting to know people. I mean come on guys I read through all the bull. First thing I noticed is that you have a cheap website provider ( Big Tuna) targeting your local area (Denver) for customers and the:

Xtra Mile Group provides Strategic Planning & Execution Consulting for customers throughout the US, including the major cities of Denver, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Atlanta, Raleigh-Durham, Orlando, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Dallas, Houston, and Seattle.

Let Big Tuna know that the pharma companies are in the Northeast and that's where they should be targeting for you online because the only thing in Denver is where I plan to go skiing. Seriously guys...

You guys don't even rank within Google search results. Learn something called SEO (search engine optimization). Want to get more website traffic? Start off with a freaking blog dudes... you don't even have one. Seriously Big Tuna?

    5. Okay, back to when I was at Canonsburg. Within an hour I told them like they say in Shark Tank " I'm out." I was floored by how little that management team knows about the channel, distribution, wholesalers, and working with vendors. Reminds me of another management team for a Swedish company that drove the company out of business. They lack competence in that arena and that is precisely why they have so many credit , data, bonus problems. The channel is eating them alive, especially after they got bashed on tv by you know who. Those two analytics guys are recent college graduates, one of them didn't like how I needed to show him how to do his job and got a little testy. So I started poking around that supposed "sell-through data" and see just how sure he was about "ship to" versus "sell through" and walked him into explaining for everyone in the room how that's relative to their market categories and from there how target expectations and growth rates are set and allocated from there....... I don't think he had a 5-star day when I left. One manager pulled me aside, and before he opened his mouth I told him to get his shit together next time they invite me to the North Pole. I'm not sure why Weinstein wasn't present, thought he had till March.

    6. Which brings me to my last and most important point for the GOBS. Want to see a taste of what's to come and a little fireworks? Watch me cannibalize Dymista, Epipen, and Perforomist for just the month March and show them what a real bonus, credit, and data problem looks like.

Currently working on taking a company public so not sure what my time schedule is like, but for those GOBS I see haven't updated their employment status to December 2016 from "current" don't be surprised if I start picking you off one by one on here.

Great post! Thank you for exposing these guys for the trash that they are. I know with all of our efforts, they will never find work again. So happy to see these clowns still without a job, or 'consulting' for the xtra mile group. Such a failure of a company, made up by bottom of the barrel talent that even Meda rejected. Curious to see profiles like Rez, Mat, Kenny, that say current employer Mylan, formerly Meda. I'm glad you are going to start cleaning up this mess as well. Keep up the good work!

Get a job and let word get around first before you come on here crying " mercy." If you can't handle just talk you may want to see your doctor for more medication when the lever gets pulled for action. Won't matter anyways when this board goes bye bye. I have someone developing a GOB website overseas that will be ready and on deck. No moderator for that one, ask Attorney boy what can be done when that happens......

FYI- I receive notice for those of you who keep purchasing my Dun & Bradstreet number to view my financials. Where did GOB Grammar Boy go? Got real quiet on here all of a sudden.

Coffee is for closers boys, watch this video in it's entirety and learn something.

Someone better pass the word on to the Rez and that sloppy copy paste job done in the lower left hand corner within the first "experience" paragraph. Not going to wait till March for that one. Best time to call is around the time he gets up 12 pm

Good work boys, I'm starting to see the those consultant titles, and Linkedin profiles updated overnight. How was Valentine's day? Wonder what the wife thought when she saw male "magazines" instead of the female "magazines." If you can't think of what to write go along the lines of "seeking new opportunities" etc... I have three pages worth just in ideas to write about for the rez, thats where the hammer is going to start.

If someone did their homework and wasn't asleep at the wheel (the underwriters & accountants) a clawback against their bonuses would be what they should have received to be set free and not a dollar in those walking papers. The level of waste from that wining and dining is truly disturbing.

The few GOBS with "brass balls" that would've fought it in court I'd settle with a non compete agreement that I would make sure is enforceable by governing law and through the most recent judicial rulings.Taking them out of the game for good .

Those guys are trash. All of them. I hope Mylan didn't give them a dime when they canned them. I'm sure their families are ashamed of them and know they will never find another job.

    1. National Director? How about specialty director? Trying to spin and inflate that title? MF was the National Sales Director.

    2. Why are some words all caps and others not? Cemented in trust? Seriously?

    3. Too many president's clubs is a red flag for gravy train rider

    4. Key relationships in the respiratory market? The respiratory is on its death bed dude. Not much to bring to the table there

    5. Let's go ahead and address those dates of "National Director" for 6 years and two months. The free for all only lasted a year and a half, and it's not present.

    6. Take out the copy and paste quote, obvious that is there to just fill up space

    7. Allergy and Asthma is a dead market, no value there

    8. "Culture forward"? Don't even know what to say......speechless. You know how on tv they talk about "fake news?" Consider culture forward "fake work"

    9. Why am I this far into a "National Director" resume and I don't see any numbers that pertain to performance? Another red flag

    10. Responsible for appropriate performance? Okay, how was proper performance defined? How did your performance deliver relative to the expectations that were laid out? Where did your performance outcome materialize among your colleagues?

    11. So let me get this straight "Southeast Respiratory Specialty Area Sales Manager" role listed with only one sentence below it to describe the job?

    12. Why are there random squares posted all over the place? Bless your heart.....

So the plan is to present a National Director profile, land a manager gig somewhere, with no performance numbers to show for it?

Even Reps applying for Sales Reps jobs know to talk about their performance and how they did relative to their colleagues.

How much severance did they get? Who transferred to Mylan. We are taking bets on what happens to them. We saw Di Mc's resume come across. What happened to her? The mentally unstable girl from home office?

How much was the severance package? Got a connection that has seen a couple of their resumes come through. Should we set up an interview just for laughs?

for the rez, definitely. It would be worth millions. He himself could put it on youtube, select the video to be monetized and retire.
