I'm new hear (less than a year). I'm shocked at the turnover. My team seems to be losing a rep every month or so. I've never seen anything like this. what's going on?

That is not true.

 

nobody is gonna get fired. They know it’s hard to keep people around here. Who is gonna stay when you aren’t making any money in bonus and your resume has low rankings. Then that’s another thing to have to try to explain

 

Are you trying to say they are purposefully trying to keep us here? That's why they raise the goals so high so we have bad rankings, therefore no company will want us, and we are forced to stay at this dump?

 

You have to be here when bonus is
paid out, so that makes people stay ,
And now with this 4 grand extra for Q3 and four grand extra for Q4 if you make your baseline, They’re going to try and make people stay longer to collect on those. They know it’s a mass exitis,
But sometimes I think they don’t really even care we are just a number.
Just a warm body with CVA .

 

I'm staying for all the great future opportunities, new drug launches, advancement, stock, etc. Wait.
