How does this company pay? are they worth checking out? Want to move my business to another pharmacy. I am doing about 100 paid scripts that average about $1500 per script and only making $25,000/month. Seems like this is on low side and should be making much more.

You are correct, this is very much on the low side. Looks like you are making about only 16%. The norm is about 20% so you should be making about 30k/month. Bellevue is not the place to go. They pay their reps peanuts and have all of them brainwashed thinking that they are the only ones doing it right and will be the last ones standing. In the meantime, they are pocketing all the cash at their reps expense. They also have tons of podiatrists who are paid "speakers" for their company. Only a matter of time before it catches up to them. Not the place to be at all.

New comp plan sucks. Now we truly are the lowest paid compound reps in the country.

I am VP/Director of Sales for an established pharmacy that can easily double the industry standard commission rate but only for the right candidate. My pharmacy has built an excellent reputation for doing things the right way and we are not like most of the fly by night pharmacies that are popping up everywhere as we have been providing superior service and products for over 8 years.

Please let me know If you are truly interested in a career with us!

Yes, if true I would stay far away. Had a buddy get ripped off from them. Worst pharmacy ever. Everybody left them to go work for better pharmacies. They had the worst comp plan and service.

Jealous you missed the boat? This is not going anywhere as much as you wish it to go away. Reimbursement will come down to about $600-$900 per script, but not for a year or two.

The end is near for Bellevue, everything catching up with them. The current layoffs are just the beginning. Wish I had worked for a pharmacy that was paying me 20% with $3,000 scripts just like most every other compound pharmacy, I would have made 700k last year instead of 185k.

If you are in TN or many other states I would go with Supreme Medical Solutions LLC. NOt only do they represent a fantastic compounding pharmacy with several advantages but they just launched a New, !st to market, non-invasive risk predisposition test for 8 of the most common solid tumor cancers. Myriad used to own this market due to their patent but it was struck down by the Supreme Court. Instead of only looking at BRCA1 & BRCA2 the lab looks at 34 genes
to determine the risk of cancer in all those different areas.
They also have traditional pharmacogenetic testing and toxicology testing.
Try emailing them at tisley at chartertn.net

Gosh Tom, give it a rest. Thought since you lost almost all your reps you went out of business. We have so many of your reps that got burned. We also have so much business we don't need to troll Cafe Pharma for reps.

This company is/was the worst in paying commissions. They sold their reps on how they will be last pharmacy around because they were doing things the right way. In the meantime, most podiatrists were a paid speaker and taken to sporting events. A few smart ones who generated a few hundred scripts a month left and made 700k to over a million a year with other pharmacies. The ones who stayed that I know thought they were the real deal because they made 250-300k/ yr. Turns out they were the suckers who left a few million on the table. By January 1, this is done and the smart ones made life changing money. I was one of the smart ones
