There is no innovation at Quest-they can’t grow marketshare organically-so they have to buy market share by swallowing up smaller companies. That costs money-and they have a duty to drive shareholder value. Therefore-they can’t afford to invest in a high-quality Salesforce. That’s why anyone that is good leaves-and the sales force is left with underachievers or people that are comfortable. Few true professional medical sales people.just people that can navigate sales force and check the box. Not getting outside the box-that’s frowned upon! A large generic company selling boring “me too” testing. Yawn...enjoy the slow ride to the bottom

I’m sure my elite team of superstars must look like nothing more than shining lights in the sky to you. Sounds like you should spend some time polishing up your resume.
