DAMN, somebody is going to jail. Just wait till the FEDS start showing up at doctors offices. kickbacks are the quickest way for a physician to got to jail and lose their license.

I dont know how im going to hold on to my customers. Most of the savvy ones are leaving me already. The others will see what their peers are doing and leave soon. This company is going down. I cant keep lying these people.

Word to the wise. The CEO pays people to monitor this board. We should be VERY careful what you say on here. Remember what was said and done at the National meeting. Upper mgmt will retaliate.

The whole POC business model is broke! For years, physicians and labs have abused the system. The wave has crashed and now MD's are finding a new loophole to abuse by having a high complexity lab on site.
    How can These labs survive?

Word to the wise. The Federal Government pays people to monitor the CEO. Prepare for a shit storm people. Millenium has taken out a very high interest loan, with penalties, from the United States of America.

The next lab to be investigated are the scammers at Alere/Avee who started this high complexity sham. They believe they are "ethical" and use consultants to cover their tracks but once the whole thing is exposed for the money making scam it is, they ought to pay as well.

It seems the common denominator of unethical behavior between Millennium and Avee/Alere, is the Slattery family. Each company had the reigns being pulled by a Slattery.

    Interesting:

Even more interesting, link in the link above. Maximizing testing, not patient care, eh?

I guess that is how you build a "corporate" hanger for your private jet, with only five years of revenue from testing piss? Thoughts?

    Hmmmm.

Lots of litigation for a 5 year old company.

Is that why you are suing your insurance companies who are refusing to pay your legal fees?

    Just sayin'

The following is from Lon Wagner, Director of Communications at Ameritox:

Ameritox is not being investigated. No one from Ameritox, past or current, has been subpoenaed. This case is between Millennium Laboratories and the Federal prosecutor investigating Millennium Laboratories for criminal activities.

So, tell me how any of these companies( mill, Dom, AIT, Atox, etc) will survive in 2013?

AIT probably won't. They bank is now in control of the company.

How can a bank control the company? I thought they were a private company

They're employee owned, but in serious debt due to being over-valued at the time of the sale and dramatically falling revenue. They're now "upside down" with their loans and are out of covenance with their note holders. They are in a forebearance agreement with the bank to turn it around or have their note called.
