    This is not going to work. Reps are paying Xeris to work. There is no way folks can meet the goal of 250 units by end of year. Get out of this pressure cooker if you can!

    CEO has a psychology degree not a business degree. Degrees do not cross over. They have to put together a better team. These guys should know this. This is not their first rodeo
