This whole thing is being orchestrated by outsiders. They probably have no idea or care who each individual is or if they are good, performers, etc. Sad.

And who the hell are you? You weren't in any room. This company has been inconsistent. If it was consistent from Day 1, a lot more of the sales force would be gone. Letters to the sales force saved the company from drowning its own self.

 

GM is a cheesy used car salesman, and this was all under his watch. There were way worse practices that go on in the west than filling out section B and he knew about all of it. From my first meeting with him he spoke of selling HA on spread, and he was encouraged shady Exogen approval tactics.

 

It’s sad to see this company treat its best people so poorly.

It’s time to re-evaluate senior leadership. Leigh Ann, Tony, it’s time to go.

PS is the only one that deserves that title in my opinion. He has the intelligence, ability to lead through our consistent change with the personal skills to pull it all together. Hate seeing anyone lose their jobs and best of luck to GM and others let go. KH should have been the one shown the door but I guess he has less stink on him than GM.

East and central might do OK with their tiny quotas but we all know who makes the money. Quota performance doesn’t matter. Revenue pays the bills
