This phrase, Grossto Net was used multiple times at our recent meeting. As a company the margin has shrunk meaning less profit and a tightening of expenditures.
We see that now with IC, L&Ls, etc. Our corporate partners heard the exact phrase. Takeda used it in January and had layoffs in March. They also used the phrase Reduction in Human Assets.
If that phrase comes up at Lundbeck we are in trouble.
Let's hope for the best and prepare for the. Worst.

In some areas there are too many of us. I wish they would do a true realignment taking into consideration no see customers. Don't back fill positions and spread us out so we can have a good day seeing and selling customers not making up calls.

Be careful what you wish for - you may not be a part of the "us" retained but the "them" cut. Just do your job and keep your head down or find another job.
