I know exactly who the henchwoman is whom you refer to above. Last year I overheard her say something like "he don't represent" when referring to a man of color on our team. In ebonics, that means "He is not one of us". It was a major disappointment to hear such a thing. We often joke that she was simply a diversity hire.

 

So this is our "professional" human resource department?? It doesnt sound so professional to me!
