Does Quintiles use urine or hair to drug screen?

It's was a urine test when I did it 2 years ago but things may have changed since IMS took over (lol, merger)

I had a urine test. Easy part of the hiring process. The background check seems to be taking longer than any one I've ever had. They keep asking me for contacts at the major companies I had worked for. What ever happened to calling HR for dates of hire? So far, I have been delayed two weeks from original start date.

Quintiles was burned on a management hire. Turns out the manager fabricated much of their work history.

Why don't they promote manager's from within THEN?
