    All of the sales directors went 2/2
    but only one of the managers 1/8
    and only two of the reps 2/75?

    That is absolutely reeedickulous
    But I guess if you can cook the books well enough to get Qiagen to pay five times what digene was worth, you can cook the year end numbers to make them look as good as you need to qualify for the trip.

    YEAR END NUMBERS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN SHOWN OR SHARED WITH THE SALES FORCE FOR TWO STRAIGHT YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    amazing huh? noone makes their #'s ( although were not sure cause we cant see then) but director of sales and a manager goes.
    And the year before that, they picked them out of a hat--noone knew or will ever know the rankings.
    we are told on a town hall call that the #'s are bad, we shouldnt be upset by them, yet half the sales force is on a warning letter or pip--because of the numbers!!!
    Would that be the numbers we were told not to stress about??
    what crap this all is.Im sticking around only for the paycheck.
    digene was such a great company culture::::::::::::sigh:::::::::::::

    goals were set wrong
    didn't factor in interval extension or an FDA approved competitor
    fire 30% of the reps because now they know they shouldn't have
    doubled the CS sales force and leave the lab sales force understaffed
    and covering multiple states. My lab rep has 4 different hologic lab reps
    they are competing with. hologic has smaller territories and better relationships
    with their customers.

    Please direct us out of this quaqmire. We're being collared by competition. We are
    young boys being sacrificed at the altar.

    Why even have a President's Club if only two get to go? I don't understand the alignment of the other Qiagen divisions but it seemed like there were about 30 of THEM get reward trips. But the integration is complete I guess.

    4 months and 6 days, just did 10 car bombs to warm up. Puked all over the xbox, but can afford a new one with the new salary. CHEERS.
