Start looking now....Word is coming down that Steris is replacing us all by Jan 1. Not impressed with any of our management. This is just a warning to everyone. Might want to start returning those calls to recruiters.

Do you really think they will replace "all"? Isn't the real rumor that several members of the executive team are scheduled to leave and will be replaced? Don't you think Steris will wait until our reps educate them and introduce their people to all our contacts in GI before they start weeding some of us out? "all" doesn't seem realistic.

Losing Dean was a huge loss for USE. Steris is starting to take control.

If you are a woman.....run! They are very very very discriminatory towards women. STERIS is a nasty good old boys club. Their RSMs dont really help or work and some of them have outside businesses that they own and work during their so called "office days." And when they are riding with you, they have their personal business calls forwarded to their STERIS cell phones. I guess this standard is acceptable if your in the club. And if your manager is one who is in the club, he will lie and play dirty to show his loyalty to the club.

    Guess who is next?!

Don't know the whole story but another big one is about to go. Personally, I believe it was long ago planned.

Perhaps all officers of Steris and the board should turn over the source of all their earnings and income tax records over the last 8 years to the shareholders. Surely this should not be an issue since they have forced emoyees with HR intervention to do this like it is a routine practice.
