I'm pretty sure you don't understand stocks and bankruptcy. Hopefully you didn't compromise something valuable for all of those shares of stock.
What is that clown of a President now doing since he ran your company into bankruptcy. He started it by firing the medical director for cause instead of gracefully letting him exit. that started the whole whistleblower process - just read the documents on line. Messed up stock opportunities for everyone yet he walked away with six figures for selling the technology.
