Has Patterson become irrelevant?

This company has gone downhill, at least in New England, since DM left from Branch Manager. He bucked the system, and they didn't like it. At least he was successful. The Regional guy is focused on the Southern part of his region, and doesn't understand much about what actually happens in a Veterinary Clinic. Patterson Corporate wants corporate yes-men in all the top positions, and it's happening. Someone needs to explain that this is not the Dental Industry. No one in leadership knows that. Several good reps in New England left to go to other companies. Figure this one out: They have an HR person as a VP! That's waaaaay too much power for someone who knows NOTHING about Veterinarians!

 

Hardly irrelevant, lol...
Most of the Patterson Reps simply have better things to do than get into pissing matches and bitchfests on anonymous internet boards that have nothing useful to offer.
