HDL Creditors sue THD customer base and Employees to recoup blood draw kickbacks

Bad day at True Health. Many current customers have been sued to recoup the blood draw kickbacks and generous "consulting" fees paid to them when True Health was Health Diagnostics Labs, including True's current chief academic officer, Tom Dayspring MD, who HDL creditors claim was paid nearly $500,000!!!!

So much for setting the high bar on ethics and compliance.
