These organizations have realized that in order to be successful, they need full commitment and loyalty of their employees and they are doing everything they can to keep their employees happy and satisfied in the work environments.

Companies such as Amazon, Google, and Apple etc. have used employee focused practices to improve their workforce. Even though these organizations are outside of health care, their innovative approaches initiate interest from leaders in the health care industry. They also ensure that employees are being recognized for their work and also know to attract top talent, “by offering a corporate infrastructure that enables employees to see the impact of their work on a broad audience by not delaying launches with internal processes” (Abed, 2018) “Healthcare organizations should define business drivers that matter most and implement personalization to impact those goals” it can be used towards employees and consumers("The Google Approach: How Hospitals Can Create Cultures That Drive Employee Engagement, Satisfaction," 2014).
