Health System 141 being thinned. Underperforming, traditional accounts may see reductions. TBS are being trained on account management. Current pipeline does not support KAM model in less than emerging and non-organized markets.

Zero access here in the upper Midwest. IDN’s have been closed to industry for years. Lie, lie, and playing the game. It’s been a joke for years.

On the contrary- the KAM and HSBS will be in more demand than ever. Expansion will begin partnerships with Federal accounts and critical oversight of field productivity. The HSBS and KAM continue to partner with leadership and provide insights only C suite interactions can deliver. Expect more lean six sigma green belt and black belt training

Yeh, ok. Then why do they keep reducing the # of IDNs with KAMs? The only thing getting leaner is the sales force.. HSBS and KAMs included.

And the difference between the mediocre HSBS and stellar HSBS is the ability to influence and open locks on health systems that are closed. The stellar specialists possess the keys that open doors. There is a reason for staying power and accountable influence.

The Entire HSBS & KAM divisions are a bunch of washed up turds who could not get a job at any real Pharma company so the lurk around their own little bog they have created at BI.
What value do they provide aside from employee volume for the health plan. Look around Pharma and real systems specialist positions have more “value and accountability” oh an actual job

What are these real system specialist positions you speak of? Your comments don't make sense. Please explain.

Keep telling yourself how important you are. If you died or retired tomorrow, your customers would never even notice you were gone. Fact!

I think this is the guy that tells the same "best practice stories" on every regional call. KAM I think. I only half listen when he speaks, so I'm not 100% sure. If it is him, he is full of a lot of hot air and loves getting the gold stars stickers that they hand out. He displays them on his refrigerator for his family to see. Pitiful!

...vs the mediocre pharma rep that no one, in this industry, takes seriously.

We heard from him on the leadership calls last week. Someone needs to fact check his stories. There were many KAMs justifying their jobs last week.

Good News for the HSBS & KAM team- senior leadership actually recognize the immeasurable value this team can afford the therapeutic specialists. Consideration is being determined for IPF / ILD
There will be naysayers though leadership knows who opened doors for therapeutic consideration and bottom dollar pull through
