Thanks for info. I just got my offer and appreciate the heads up. Gavin was the best. Hate that women Stacy. Told drs. not to write new product. Hate what this company has become.

Didn't go anywhere. Couldn't stand S.C. condescending management style...

Be prepared for the influx of sanofi washouts now that their reign of incompetence has fallen apart in favor of GSK cronies.

Well now she's in charge of sales ops too. She strikes me as the person who wants to be in charge of EVERYTHING. Poor T.M., his life at this co. will be a living hell.

Which is worse? Being under SC or Sanjeev? I'd take SC, thanks, and I bet TM, LH and BR think so, too.

Is it me or does it seem like they want people to leave? I don't exactly hear anyone saying,
we have a promising future, stay.

It's not a good sign when:
cars with a million miles not being replaced
    positions being replaced with contract
conf calls that make us feel like we just joined the military
the stock going in the wrong direction
awkward p club trip, will anyone be left to attend?
the most accomplished people in the company can't get out of here fast enough
not even addressing the turnover with those still here. why?

don't bother calling me negative. these are facts that leadership refuses to address.

Want to resign this week but have to wait for the background check, etc.... to be completed, realistically maybe at the end of the month. I have never been so excited to leave an organization. All that will be left are people that cannot get another job. So sad. Gavin was the reason that people stayed. I hope to work with him again in my career.

Well said. It not negativity, just a very strong dose of reality. This company has gone downhill faster than anyone ever imagined. I think we all knew change would happen this past July when the "spin" happened, but everyone hoped for a positive change. That certainly did not happen!! It's a good thing the economy has started to pick back up and there are more jobs out there for people to interview. I know of more than a dozen reps to leave since the holidays. Glad I got out shortly after the NSM in October

When I left that meeting,I knew I needed to be somewhere else. Good luck to all who Are looking elsewhere.

this turnover is not good. esp. in NE.

top performers loyal to former rd.
