So true. Dickie O is an individual contributor at best. Can’t keep his mouth shut and throws everyone under the bus behind their face. Acts like a tough guy and has a master plan. He is incapable of leading and making decisions.
He is arrogant and thinks he is a highly coveted market access leader. Thinks people are just chomping at the bit for the privilege of working for him. The word is out in the industry that he’s a fraud.
