hello does anyone still work at the home office?

Who is behind all of this propaganda? Maybe Jay, now that he's retired and has nothing better to do? Wish he would have fixed the company first!

 

Until they figure out how to calculate a commission and establish REALISTIC goals, we will never be successful. Seems to me the only people making $$ are those few bozos in HQ. What a scam.

 

Company will start to go downhill fast as co pay cards are not working all the time. My Dr told me that he is seeing more and more rejections and it is becoming a hassle. Not what I need to hear when I am trying to reach unrealistic goals! Anyone else having this issue?

 

Jay knew when to get out. We will all be gone once company is sold. That's why pullback on incentives.

Not sure what pullback you are talking about since incentives have yet to be paid and the first two months of the year had record sales. I am expecting a great 1st Qtr incentive!!

 

Idiot... Look at the raises or lack there of... Dont stand on stage and promise double digit raises... Comp plan sucks on both sides

 

Comp Plan? No one has any idea how that works including HQ. "Lost in the 90's" seems more like it.

 

The bonus plan was great when they did the expansion last year.... It has gone down hill rapidly... Bottom line unhappy reps will result in talented reps leaving.. They dont care...all they care about here is call times, call averages and bragging about how the great the company did last year... Well then dont cut the bonus structure and make it impossible for people to make money... You all troll this board....listen for once! This place was great a year ago! Not so much now... Im just telling you how people feel ... It appears from the above posts and threads a common theme

 

The biggest scam is if HQ "trolls" this board and they do nothing. It points to one conclusion, this company is on the verge of being sold and they do not want to pay out any money to Reps that will be gone shortly. Shame as we made this company a lot of money and this is how we are treated.

Yea we all know what is going on, which is why Jay got out and HQ remains lean. End is near, get out while you can as it will only get worse for us Reps.
