    It's a complete cluster muck
    Would have been so much easier, if they would have had everyone send back Old Laptops, had IT reconfigured them and sent back with NEW EVERYTHING. Would have been faster and would not have clogged up the new IT support line

    I have never seen such "Unorganization" and yet they still blame the reps

    Enough is Enough

    I'd like to announce a new support group I am starting for those of us suffering from more severe IT disorder. Meetings every Sunday evening at the Durham, NC conference room. Coffee and donuts will be provided.

    I'll go ahead and start: My name is Mike, I now have 8 copies of all of my contacts, 3 Exchange server accounts and 3 different Outlook calendars. I have been replying to old emails and my responses apparently have been going nowhere. Plus I haven't received an IR email response in about 3 days, but I suppose that may be cause for a different support group.

    I'd like to propose a support group for everyone still working on TE Corrections....we can meet Monday am at the Starbuck's in Andover and not leave Massachusetts until we are finished. Sorry, You can't expense the Trip or the coffee unless you are a manager

    Ok I'll start the "TE Anonomous Group" (TAG).

    My name is Mark: I thought since my Company MC kept being paid, I never had to do an expense report. Also because I am so great and special, I figured they would never ask "ME" to do this labor intensive task.

    Now, I am going crazy. My mind has turned to mush as every day I rummage through cars, bags, drawers in search of reciepts. I've called every resort I've stayed at for the past two years to send copies as well as my cell phone company.
    I've offered my TE specialist, free vacations, steaks from Ruth Chris and countless bottles of wine just to make it All Go Away. To my disappointment- No Luck.

    Please Help.

    Sounds like a dos with a numnut rep. Saw some of those past due totals- WTF?!
    I guess these people will at least have some good tax write offs for next year ha

    Most of those huge past dues were for upper management! (I mean Real Upper Management as veiwed from the spreadsheet that was shared with ALL-(another stupid mistake) There was NO accountability because many of them were at fault and the bills were being paid without the card being cutoff, so there you have it. As for the reps, I would blame management because many sales people will look for any "out" to have to do cumbersome paper work. And I think we all agree that this system was so USER UNFRIENDLY and provided a Migrane, everytime you opened it. Taping and Scanning Reciepts is so Archaic.

    For any manager getting "huffy" about this and "writing people" up then they will have an HR situation on their hands. This is another example of lack of management.

    But every one of them knew there had to be a judgement day.
    Get it done and put this skeleton behind us.

    Hey, and guess what! If you are a manager, you can extend your stay, head up to a Posh Resort in the Berkshires, hear the Boston Pops and expense the whole trip! Take your spouse too!
