    Anyone ever dealt with a company called Sage Products? I'm relatively new and one of my accounts wants to trial some oral care systems from this Sage company. I did a bit of research and it looks like they're alot more expensive than we are. Any one have any tips for defense?

    Ask your manager, if he wasn't recently fired. E-mail the marketing manager for RH, Kim Grace, although she never returns reps e-mails. She responds only to the managers who then pass the info to the reps. She's too important to respond to you. So, if you don't have a manager- you are screwed. Or ask other reps in yout division. But your post is coming from someone stupid, so you are probably a Sage rep looking for competitive info.

    My manager was fired three weeks ago (not to mention any names) and I started this job 5 weeks ago. So you can understand why I'm not totally with it yet. I'll get there, though. And, yes, I already E-mailed KG TWICE over the past 2 weeks so it doesn't look like she's going to be responding. I just thought I'd throw out a line on here to see what people say. I figure I have nothing to lose, except for being accused of being a Sage rep. I'm not sure why think that though. I'm not even asking for any secret info, I'm just asking for someone to give me the low-down on their products. This is a big account and I've read alot of stuff on these forums and I don't wanna be fired for losing it. I need to know how to sell against them.

    1. Everyone knows who the manager was that was fired
    2. The only new reps in that region don't sell respiratory
    3. I don't think the open RH position in that region not been filled (who are you?)
    4. If it has been filled, you are a freaking moron and should be punted out of here ASAP, because everyone will be able to figure out who posted this.
    5. You do know that you have an AD and colleagues you can reach out to for info.

    Thanks for the post Kim, you are either stupid or have very little self awareness. Many people read cafe pharma everyday in the home office, especially if they were once in the field. Most won't admit this and if they do, they will probably laugh, but a seed has been planted and now many people understand how you view sales reps or that they don't deserve a response to questions that could help the company hit its sales numbers. Keep up the good work Sherlock.

    The only seed this plants in the minds of the people at corporate is that our reps are a bunch of bitter, whiney, thin skinned bitchy babies who instead of taking ownership of their territories choose to piss and moan that it is everyone else's fault but theirs.

    You are right on about KG not communicating! Just ask any of the reps in the GA/FL region and they will tell you that this incompetent twit was worse than terrible. That is one reason they took the region away from her and put in a position so she can not do too much damage.

    Open the sales rankings. Pick out any rep from the list. Find their phone number in the corporate directory or e-mail them. We might have shit leadership, but all the reps are willing to help. Looking for competitive info on Cafepharma? Whats the matter with you?
