Unrealistic growth expectations, constant pressure, ineffective big pharma tactics, EXTREMELY low morale.... Accounts can't wait for biosim Rituxan and it's GNE's fault at the highest levels. We've stuck it to them for years and they can't wait to settle the score. This used to be a great franchise but after last year trust is lost and people are checking the exits. Maybe that's what leadership is hoping for?

A sure way to increase morale is to cull the loser managers....and we all know who they are. Total jokes who couldn't lead a team out of a burning building. We have some great managers in this franchise but the bad actors are dragging us down. We need real leaders and not wanna-be's to navigate the coming biosim storms.

 

It appears that most franchises are the same, at least some of the more recent ones over the past few years. Instead of after hours “fun” at NSM, we need to start support groups. Then have them in our local cities. Haha

Does anyone in leadership understand how TERRIBLE morale is in this franchise? Sick and tired of the beatings that will continue until morale increases. Tired of the 'velvet' hammer and managers who think bullying tactics are effective. They're not. Get rid of that breed and maybe we can weather the coming biosimilar onslaught. And after last years' slicing and dicing of some good CSs we need a positive infusion - not scare tactics and intimidation. Sheesh....Big Pharma is alive and well in Heme. Take out the trash.
