Reed is a product of Libby, possibly one of the most self serving people I have ever met here. She was given respect due to her title and her backstabbing ways but we all knew while working for her that she is not a good person.

It kinda sorta matters who manages it because those are the ones that get paid from the growth. I know I was super duper happy on the growth in NY.... wait... I couldn't care less.
