    It seems, that these leaders deal with their children so much at home that they cannot turn that parental crap off when they come to work. How is it they come up with this crap and think its a great idea ? worse yet, who at this site actually gets all excited for this type of crap.....so strange.

    Yes, we have to endure that nonsense on the field sales side, too. Some of these managers didn't get the memo that they're working with adults. Total waste of time.

  4. Working here is truly a means to an end, a mediocre paycheck for most. Engagement and motivation are superficial to say the least its like trying to pretend shit tastes like chocolate. Recently there has been a company in Seattle Washington that has been successful at recruiting experienced folks leaving an almost overnight vacuum withing the manufacturing department. Management "seems" concerned, but so far only weak attempts to stop the exodus include an apparent letter written to Juno to "stop stealing our people" and the campaign to down play Juno as a dead end job with no future to employees that haven't left - That'l convince them.

    People quit their management not the company. - its not rocket science. Pay more!

    Hey! On the bright side, we have more stuff on our hall way walls then any other company!

    I concur with the anonymous comment of Aug 3, 2018.

    The Hillsboro site is plagued by several passive aggressive sociopaths as managers.

    If the restructuring will get rid of this scum Hillsboro could become a much better place to work. Currently many of these sociopaths are involved in the transformation, and it seems like several of these sociopaths may get the newly created leaderships roles in the workstreams.

    I left years ago due to the sociopath managers, now head hunters keep trying to recruit me for this site. Its to bad the crappy managers fired so many good people just to make themselves look important. Now no one wants to work there. Karma baby, suck on it!

    Stay Away!! This CA based company has gone full woke horseshit!! They are not interested in making products for patients. Their focus is to turn all employees Gay, the more blue and pink hair dye, the more gay and black the better for management. They claim "diversity" but it has to be their version of "diversity". Its gone full liberal r*****. Tampons in Men's Bathrooms , Their parking lot robot is Gay!! Place is a Liberal Shithole. The two idiot "Island Boys" have more credibility then this Company.
