Did Ventiv actually hire him as a manager or is he a flex time rep? Amazing if he is a manager. Do companies ever check people's backgrounds?

Regarding BH as a mgr at Ventiv. The only hope his reps have of escaping his psycho antics are that they are contract. You cannot be a nut job mgr of contract reps. They will leave . So I think it will be interesting to see if he can be half way normal as a mgr at a contract company..... why doesn't he just sell houses full time and forget a mgr job? Is it too enticing to make two salaries? He must want the mgr pharma job for the benefits and free car. Smart if you think about it...he sells a ton of houses using a company car and health care and free gas....he has not an expense in the world to worry about. Hes going to retire long before the rest of us....who says crime doesn't pay?

Eventually he will be found out by his new company also. Unethical behavior always comes out. Karma can be a bitch….The new rep's will start seeing through a person who is not a good manager. Strange behavior can only hide for so long especially if his new boss is not covering for him.

He will never move to the next level because he is so self absorbed. He only cares about what's in it for him. He makes all kinds of promises and never delivers. Has anyone who worked under him ever been promoted? True leaders help their people grow, develop and advance. He does what benefits him and his people see how self serving he is and they quit- he's unapologetic and feels like he's entitled -maybe he needs to take a look in the mirror with this new gig and attempt to correct the wrongdoing of the past. It will be interesting to see how many quit the first quarter.

IF THIS NEW GUY PARIS WANTS TO GET COMPANY ON THE RIGHT TRACK HE MUST SEND PZ AND PK TO PASTURE. THE RUMORS ARE THAT THESE 2 GUYS ADVISE THE REPS NOT TO ASK QUESTIONS AND MEETING. THE REPS MUS WRITE AND SENT TO PZ AND TO PK TO SCREEN THE CONTENTS? FISHY. YOU CAN EVEN CALL ANYONE IN THE HOME OFFICE UNLESS THEY COACH YOU FIRST? SOUND LIKE CYA.

I think he is the man for the job, he will clean house with the management..no more hiding behind fake smiles and extreme micromanagement to make it look like you are an efficient ABD. Paris will see through it all, he is a very shrewd man who will see through the BS and managing by intimidation.

 

He apparently had an in and someone lied and told them he was competent. I'm truly amazed that they went on referral alone. He is beyond bad- unethical, incompetent and flat out shady.

 

If one really wanted to get even with the malicious, evil, underhanded BH, one would simply go to VENTIV on cafepharma. Once on the VENTIV site, simply advise anyone on the VENTIV team to google BH. he will not be able to continue his antics after that.
