    I think we should pay more attention to all the litigation filed against our organization instead of bringing up racial inequities. Regardless of race, we could all be on the unemployment line these cases are proven.

    This is the dumbest thread in Gilead history. This company is one of the most inclusive, almost to a fault, on the planet. Ask your manager for the stats that clearly haven’t been read. The liberal loud voice is poison.

    Agree withe last two posts. We are inclusive to a fault. Regardless of inclusivity, if the legal problems this company faces come to fruition, we will see huge financial settlements payouts, a more stringent promotional policy and layoffs. Just look at our recent induction into the Pharma Code. Times at this company are changing right in front of our eyes. Instead, many of you simple minded morons chose to focus in trivial crap!
