Ours had been a mixture of both. The event can be as enjoyable as you want it and depends on the cohesiveness of the team.
heard a team actually asked each rep to contribute $50 per person for a gift for the DM, CRAZY, and the event was on a Saturday, who wants to give up a weekend for that, STUPID, I doubt the DM deserved that much of a gift, almost $500, and he gave the reps a big NOTHING
Agree. The DM should be giving us gifts. We’re the ones who make them or break them. Our ass kissers wanted $25 a person to buy our DM a bottle of scotch for him. I refused.
