Here is an idea: Put us all on a 1099 comp plan at 11% monthly commission. Why not? We can’t be half in half out.... ultra low base with Low commission %... it won’t work... no annual bonus... no growth % 1099 with 11% commission... 12 month contract that auto executes each year unless your not performing.
