The real studs are in SaaS, technology, and real estate.

I agree with this guy. I don’t go to school, but I have another job. I’m just going through the bare minimum at Benco. Just enough to get a check. Once they start coming down on me and the pressure is applied or I go straight commission, I’m outta here and done with the bs. I come to this site to try plan my exit as best that I can.

Holy cow people. Another TR told me about this sight yesterday and I got sucked into reading about 90% of the bs post on here. It’s like a train wreck of the worthless and weak. I am amazed of the spineless name calling, personally attacking of people and justifying why people who suck at their job should not be fired. You all are a bunch a keyboard warriors. You all are so mentally weak that you have to bully others.

Here are a few hilarious highlights that I found:

•Months ago there was a post that was obviously made by someone of management, pretending to not be a member of management. They went on about some positive points (which I thought were valid and I support). Right after the post, the next comment was “hey, Chuck”. I literally laughed my testicles off. Thank you for that moment.

•The countdown of “more layoffs”. Now that’s f-ing hilarious. It was “happening now” or “happening today” for about 6 months and everybody had their own “inside scoop”. You all even had it down to trying to analyze which day of the week was more probable to let the employees go. (From what I learned, it’s a tie between Monday’s & Friday’s, for various bs analytical reasons.) Hahaha. WTF!!!

•A newer employee (or someone that recently went through training) was complaining about having to room with another person. WTF! STFU....at that point you made this company zero dollars and if you’re on here, you probably still haven’t made them any money.

* There’s a large group of you that worry about “the base or the subsidy or the blah blah blah” going away. I am a 100% commissioned salesperson. Sales is a “eat what you k!ll occupation“. If you cannot handle that, it’s fine. But, this line of work probably isn’t for you and I suggest you find another carrier path.

My thoughts to pass on from one TR to another TR.

* Quit reading the negativity on here

* Get a work ethic

* Go to work and do you job

* Out work your competition

* Sell something (selling answers all the problems in a sales organization)

* Create value in yourself

* This company is a corporation. Corporations need to make profit. When you’re on here instead of selling, you don’t make profit. The easiest way for a corporation to make profit (with low or staggering sales) is to let employees go. #fact

* This company is a corporation part 2. You’re right, they are ”using us to make money”. HELLO!! That’s what corporations do. SO, return the gesture and use them to make money. Again, #fact

* When you work hard and sell, it’s very difficult for you to be let go. #fact

* If you’re not selling $1 million in two years, you’re in the wrong business. You most likely don’t have what it takes and remember, it’s easier to find a job when you have a job. I suggest you start looking.

* If you’re not selling $2 million in 4-5 years, you're in the wrong business. You most likely don’t have what it takes and remember, it’s easier to find a job when you have a job. I suggest you start looking.

* Did the corporation let a group of TR’s go? Yes! Tell me who got let go that was impactful in their territory.

* Do I feel they should let more go? Yes! This company has been know for carrying dead weight or salespeople that aren’t impactful. They’re just now finally letting them go and people are shocked. Why? Again, it’s a corporation that needs profit.

I’m sure there will be comments and replies. But to be honest, I cannot promise I’ll ever be back to this pity party of the weak. I also know the common defensive reply is “ok, Matt” or “ok, Chuck” (still find that funny...lol). I can guarantee you that I am not management, but wtf does that even matter. The other common defensive reply is in reference to an ”unemployment check”. I sell, so those types of thoughts aren’t in my DNA.

In closing, just remember this site can also be used for positivity. Trust me, it’s ok to be a good person and it’s ok to say good things. It’s ok to stand up for what you believe in. You don’t hVs to be a follower of pity. So, I wish you all well and I hope you leave this cesspool of negativity.

You don’t remember Brian? Brian Evans is Bob’s younger brother. He didn’t have the success that Bob Evans had with his restaurants, but Brian did have 3 of his own Rub & Tug massage parlors in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Long time ago in Bencoland there used to be a director who managed the Regional Managers of the West and let them do their jobs. This guy was a good looking guy but that didn’t make him any better or worse at his job. He let the sales rep sell and the managers manage.
