    Can someone give me honest serious answers on culture here and respect you have or do not havd for Acorda? I am looking to apply to HR. How are people to deal woth? Do things get done? Employee culture? Future plans for company?......

    There used to be a great culture but now... there are just silo's of people and no one working or communicating together. There is no connection between sales and the rest of the organization. no vision or direction.. every person out for themselves..

    We've been hearing (or reading) that for a long time! Why do you keep posting this response instead of doing something to make it a reality? It's like continuing to post that Obamacare is going to make everybody healthy and not cost them a penny!

    So the company is good, most managers are good. Sales Directors are very good. HOWEVER, Acorda has the WORST marketing department in the industry! Chris "moron" V & Jonathan "clueless" K are idiots. It's a joke they know knowing about the drug or the disease and when asked a tough question they say we'll get back to you. There is no accountability, they screw everything up and blame sales, please they handicap the sales force. I've been here long enough to know they couldn't handle the expansion, because before Ampyra they were bad. They are so clueless but upper management, that has done a good job, deserves to take the fall for this tragedy, the sales pieces took forever and suck!

    True on marketing. Jonathan is a clueless ass and blames everyone but himself. Chris doesn't really give a shit about anything. THAT will be changing.

    Sales Ops is good to date and Training is getting a complete overhaul starting with MA leaving we hope. Changes have been put in place and you will see top notch people in place and assholes being told to leave or being demoted.

    RC is aware of the idiots that have been doing nothing. We are bringing some fantastic people in and we will get rid of the riff raff with no accountability at all.

    I agree about Jonathan - he needs to go. Loser!

    Things are changing. Anyone in corporate can tell you that. We are changing up depts and making people accountable. All the deadwood that is not making shit happen or has not will be demoted or gone. They already know it and are running scared. We want people who know their shit and love what they do. Otherwise, get the fuck out.

    The culture is one of pure panic and chaos. If things do not turn around soon there will be some very difficult decisions to be made.

    There will be more panic and more chaos. There is no leadership!! Listen to the replay of the quarterly call. Dopey and dopier were on the call. They stumbled and bumbled on every question that was asked. If you want to see this place change for the better change must happen at the senior leadership level.
