Hope to get hired

Looks like a good company
I would want a company car; higher allowance; or mileage reimbursement to mitigate impact to insurance & loss of value to auto and maintenance expenses but is nice to choose whatever auto you want to drive

 

all the lack of appropriate financial compensation is one thing ... The bigger picture is that the hiring management team acted like novices... Who were actually looking for rookies while pretending they wanted the best .. You can't ickel and dime smart people ..and string them along in the process. Disappointing bunch the management team really is..

 

Rookies is correct
we are looking for ppl who are humble and pious and were cheerleaders in previous positions

 

Not so much anymore.
