Has anybody noticed that if you go to the Careers section of the Horizon Pharma website reps are also called Territory Managers. I don't think that is a coincidence. This also helps explain why most of Marketing was wiped out. No need if we become Horizon. It also explains why HR stopped updating the Careers section of the website. New employees will be Horizon. It is all starting to make sense. They need us to stay and they will move us to Horizon, which explains why we are getting a retention bonus.
