Most hospitals these days don't allow interaction with Pharma and residents/fellows, and some not even the attendings.

Stay in inside sales, it’s all you can do.

Why would you be in the ICU w/ any of the current Pfizer products..this alone shows how little you know. About the only ICU you are doing is playing peak a boo w you sheets in at am.

Wouldn’t doubt it. We promote everything everywhere. We’re Pfizer and the medical world needs us more than we need them.
That’s why We are so successful, so respected by the medical community.
When a Dr or hospital is in need, the first thing they think of is PFIZER! Big Blue!

The hospital reps are seriously selling Chantix and Eliquis in the hospital those
Are the only 2 drugs they are responsible
    for.

My "hospital guy" spends more time in Walmart and Lakeview Rouses than in the Hospital.
His NOLA handle is "Went Well...."

This group is a bunch of people just hoping to hold on... The products are simply not hospital products and the leadership is problematic!

With Pfizer, we’re ALL just holding on. Pfizer has absolutely no clue about the hospital market and how it all works. Everything is PC to them. Metrics mean nothing. It’s all simply getting to the person with the juice to get the drugs on formulary. Leadership doesn’t exist.
But, you’re right, we have no true hospital products and the last thing I want to sell is antibiotics, as another poster predicted.
