The Sirona exclusive was the start of our demise. As much as there were some benefits to locking down the North American Cerec exclusive, the downside of pissing off other manufacturers such as A- dec, Planmeca and many others set us up for a world of hurt. Of course SAP and all the other poorly executed plans didn’t help either. The fact that the BOD selected and left in play these idiots is on them. In the meantime, internationally we’re a joke compared to Schein and we continue to see margins erode here with competition that can actually fill an order.

Finalising the purge is important, getting the right people in even more so. Not sure if we’ll ever be a real leader again. More than likely we will struggle for a long time and hopefully get taken out by an entity with better game. Good luck Pumpkin Head, thanks for the wake of destruction you left behind you douche bag.

A-dec was semi exclusive, Planmeca was exclusive at some point before the opened to anybody.

Patterson relied on Cerec sales too much and the scheme that followed lead to the situation you're seeing.

We’ve been directionally challenged for years. That’s the real crux of the matter.

Dumb moves by dumb and arrogant people who stopped listening to the field and their customers a long time ago. That whole team was so busy patting or kissing each other’s asses instead spending the time planning and executing without their egos in the way.

A downfall was imininent, but could’ve been avoided. That’s the sad thing. There’s no digging this out of the rubble

So Pumpkin Head is heading out and our stock craps itself again today. Hmmm, can't wait to see what happens when the little runt is shown the door... Wall Street isn't caring two shits about our failed leaders, they're looking at our shitty numbers and saying nice move but to little to late...sales are down yoy and no amount of spring cleaning will solve that in the short term at least.

It’ll take time to rid the place of their putrid stench. I’m not buying any stock in this place until Stumpy is toast too and decentl replacements are found. Can’t trust them yet.

One step at a time, but hurry the fuck up.

Obviously someone with a huge position in PDCO thinks we are overpriced at $22 and dropped a shit ton of shares yesterday.

Probably privy to early info on the financials coming out. This place stinks.

So does Dentsply Sirona. They have been down big time since Patterson lost the exclusive.

why is that little runt still here??? You don’t need a big broom to to get rid of him. Just slap him out the window and be done with it.

Yes, a simple open-handed slap is all it will take. You don’t want to hurt him or make him cry.... we just want him out!!!!!

Great question is does he make it till the 24th or does he get the heave ho before? If the stock takes another hit like last time we're in deep shit. The only saving grace would be to show Wall Street we're righting the ship by getting rid of the dead weight, this ones more like flciking a cigarettes butt off the upper deck but still symbolic in investors eyes.

That asshole Rogan who is a little fish in a big sea can kiss my ass. He and is large ego (about the only thing he has that is large) can find another company to wreck. Also....cannot believe old pumpkin head has landed on his feet with Young....but Dave Sproat and Dave Misiak are two of a kind.....both assholes. I will never sell anymore Young products because of these guys. Guggenheim, Misiak both who failed at being president of Patterson and have taken lesser jobs. Doesn't that speak volumes about these assholes?

It all falls back onto the shoulders of the board who installed these various versions of total losers to run a $4B company, er uh, $3B company, I mean $2B company....

Soon to be a 0$B logo at the bottom of the sea of deadbeats.

The real ironic thing is the number of times these clowns used and stressed the word “Leadership” in every shitty meeting they ran. Like they actually knew something about it. Really funny looking back now just how incapable they were and simply hyped up and sold us a mirage of a future. “transformation”, “55.00 stock”, and blah, blah, blech.

Clueless fucks that they are ruined a good thing. Rogen, do the honorable thing and follow that pumpkin head out the door with Killian humping your leg alongside.

A bunch of bad actors in a tragic play with a horrible ending that cost us a lot of money and wasted our time. The theme for the meeting in June should be one big apology to the people who had to sit through it.
